CELZ is doing this because insiders want it this way, unfortunately.

MMs are playing this lower and lower each day, yes, but MMs always work for someone. They are dumping someone’s shares and that person is likely an insider or a note holder.

There is absolutely no comment from management on the 70%+ decline for a reason. This is how they want it.
