They aren’t trying to do anything with the worthless equity they still hold. They aren’t happy with the fact that only $150K was allocated from the purchase price and are simply reserving the right to go after the US assets themselves AND possibly contest the min $150K allocated to the US assets..depending on where it ends up.
The take aways?
Mitsui, a SECURED creditor is not being kept whole in this process...which means NOBODY behind them in line is getting anything.
The Court ONLY allocated a min. $150K of the purchase price to the US assets...NOT $4.3 million.
As each drip comes from the Court information faucet it is becoming clearer that BIOAQ commons have nothing coming to them.
