Wonderful Nights. Well Solomon shouldn't be running a public company if that is his goals. His focus as a CEO of a public company is building shareholder value. If he wants to feed the world he should have started a non profit. We gave him the money YEARS AGO to start this company and we expect performance and a return. He works for the shareholders. If he didn't control the company he would have been fired a long long time ago

Nights "You all knew that it was B-shares you bought, you all know that Solomon is still in controll and it is not a secret that he is not doing this for money, kapitalism or fame, he wants to leave a legacy that can basicly feed the world!"

I know that we own B-shares. But that does not entitle Solomon not to pay due attention to the interest of shareholders! If it has all along been his intention not to let the interest of shareholders come before other interests he should have stated this once the shares started to be traded on a stock exchange. In my view it is crooked action on his part to mislead the owners of the company about his intention not to let their interests govern the way the company is run. I now feel contempt rather than respect for him. It is the shareholders that have enabled Solomon to create a company with high revenues.

"diluting will continue until the loan and the loan won't come until 2019". Well this won't make shareholders happy that's for sure. It sounds like a repeat of the reverse split we had years ago.

Now, solomon said that the divident as of now is not in any danger. As of now it will be paid out on time.
He said that the plan has not changed, diluting will stop as soon as possible.
About the loan that we have been waiting on he had no news for me, but he said he was still hopefull and that even if some people claim the loan is dead, it is simply not true.
