Mind boggled. So this supposed "REVERSE SPLIT", as filed incompetently by MMEX does not make sense? So are you insinuating that MMEX is intentionally committing securities fraud? Or is it just that MMEX is just so incompetent that they can't do simple math to make a legitimate filing that would be acceptable to FIRNA?
I'm going to go with the penny stock dilution machine known as MMEX is simply going to do whatever it takes to ensure that they can create ongoing toxic notes as long as they have MMEX STRONG to support MMEX in these obvious and ridiculous claims. MMEX has already wiped out its shareholders from last year. They just need newbie blood that will buy into yet another penny stock snow job.
The reverse split will be done since MMEX needs to do the RS to keep the toxic notes a flowing. (And it undoubtedly won't be the last) Expecting many more, until they just can't even get toxic loans.
