#524 RE: RamsnastyMcBickle #523

The core of the problem IMO is the lack of consistent daily volume that is so important to the overall health of the corporate stock. Common stock was designed so that investors can freely enter and exit a stock without any constraints or obligations. This is a win-win situation in most instances except when there is liquidity issues.

$IONI needs to address it's liquidity issues and possibly fund the share price via a corporate buy back program until there is more interest from a new generation of incoming investors.

I strongly believe $IONI's issues deal mainly with legacy share holders from the ALES brewing company days who wish to exit the stock now the company has changed hands and taken a new direction.

The exiting legacy shareholders are causing a profound negative effect on the share price and are potentially scaring away new investors and hedge funds who see the current fluctuations as a sign of weakness.

This is a really a nice company to invest in as a long term hold but unfortunately the current share price has even caused cracks in those like myself with the strongest resolve and belief.
