This is the latest email I have. Confirming all my Dd. I am holding and trying to add. That is called trading. As you can see this deal is very real. You sit here and whine like a child instead of doing an ounce of DD. The company is “SEC DELINQUENT” the SEC is suspending these type of filers left and right. Therefore, I have expressed my opinion that they should file a 15-12G to eliminate the risk of suspension. I don’t feel comfortable paying a premium or paying UP when this is looming in the back of my mind.
