Hogwash...CZNI is a fully reporting SEC filing entity...which means any insider/affiliate is subject to the SEC's strict rules that govern any form of insider/affiliate selling!
So for starters if this CEO even wanted to sell a single share...the very 1st move he would have to make is filing with the SEC stating his intention of wanting to sell any of his insider/affiliate shares...and no such Form 3 filing has been made!
This ain't no dark filing stinky pinky play...this is a full SEC reporting filer that has to abide by the SEC's rules/regulations that govern it! And even if the day ever does come here at some future date that this CEO decides he wants to sell a single insider/affiliate share...the market will know it ahead of time because all SEC reporting companies with insiders/affiliates that want to sell stock have to file their intention to sell insider/affiliate stock...giving the market an opportunity to completely monitor their actions!
And even then they can only sell a paltry 1% of the O/S over any rolling 90 day period...and 1% of CZNI's o/s is a paltry 9.25M shares which could then only be sold over the entire course of 3 months!
So it's simply not happening...and anyone who says it is doesn't know the insider/affiliate rules that strictly govern and regulate insider/affiliate 144 stock on full SEC reporting companies like CZNI is!
