Marcus Frasier is a complete idiot if he doesn't get off his butt to sell IDLM.
It could be worth vastly more to others than it is under his mismanagement. He was never cut out to be a CEO of a public company or a private company.
If he sold IDLM for 20c per share, he would be wealthy and could focus on developing new products.
And then we would cash out.
But I don't think he is smart enough to understand these things. He was always just a kid coding in his parents' apartment, even after he moved to PA, got married, and became a CEO of a successful company.
He lacks the common decency to step up and take his fiduciary responsibilities seriously, and he lacks the smarts to even make good choices for himself.
I think the only hope here is that he someday decides to grow up.
