What artificial deadlines? The 9/30 milestone deadline was created by agreement between IPIX and Aspire. If you're suggesting that there may have been an element of FUD, or Reverse FUD, in creating that deadline, you may be onto something.

Are you talking about some other artifical deadlines? The 60 day FDA response time to a BTD request isn't an artificial deadline. The series of expectation dates for the Prurisol results weren't artificial deadlines, were they? They were just unmet expectations...easy peasy, right?

What artificial deadlines are you accusing detractors of setting? Did I miss where someone suggested that there is a point in time in the very near future when the Company will run out of cash if they can't find someone to provide any? Because that's not artificial at all. Unless you're in the "there are plenty of sources of funds, we just can't name any right now" camp.
