You would be surprised by what doesn't "lie within the domain of expertise for a Chief Financial Officer", especially the CFO of a revenueless microcap.
Calculating of the change in derivative liabilities isn't within the skill set of most CFOs. Not excusing the CFO...as I said she should have known to hire outside help (assuming she didn't).
