It’s just an address. They are doing there treatments at university’s and medical buildings. It’s not like you do these kinds of treatments in your living room.
I started an aviation technology company out of a similar incubator, sold it to Garmin. A buddy in the same building built a restaurant wait system tied to customer loyalty and sold it to Open Table. Another guy built a revolutionary catheter that got FDA approval in the same building, sold it Tyco. Another guy built a portable color match camera system and sold it to Sherwin Williams.
Moral of the story: be thankful for frugal founders who don’t mind sitting in a shit hole to make dreams come true. Vintage timber frames and brick rob the R&D budget.
