Chassman is the individual investor that buys large amounts of shares of XKEM at a discount to market prices, then liquidates the stock for INSTANT PROFITS (good deal huh lol).

The bottom line is that XKEM needs to keep paying expenses until the factory is up and running, and those expenses are significant... As we know, from the last 4-5 months or so, about 800 million shares were added to the S/O (last time i was here there were 1.08bil outstanding, now people say 2.0bil or so)..

moreover, they raised the damn authorized to as high as 3.5billion.

so Pandey has in the past, and will probably continue, to sell Chassman shares to pay company expenses until the factory is up and running sometime in 2007..

some of us longs call it a "poison financing" because when the stock surged to .11 a few months ago, we believe pandey should have sold at much higher prices (to chassman or someone else) shares of XKEM.

anyway, thats who chassman is. (marjorie chassman)

to me, it wont really make a difference about new dilution, as long as pandey keeps on track for the factory and his estimates he supplied.

the estimates are so enormous that it wont make any difference IMO. but short term, people are waiting for more factory news or as we approach completion.
