Once quarterly earnings begin reporting 25 cents or better on a consistent basis, hopefully in the near to intermediate term, that PT and beyond will materialize, IMO. In the short term a test of the 200-sma could happen. November 7th is the day for the next earnings release so November could be a very interesting month here. Consensus (by six analysts) is for minus 14 cents. Report will need to beat that.
