Who knows. Maybe Aspire. Certainly some shareholders as well but the volume is relatively low considering outstanding shares. The odds are pretty good the stock will recover once Leo announces progress.
How many people are saying, gee, if only it could get back to a dollar I’d be long gone. When it gets to a dollar they’ll start thinking about $2. (Pssst...what about fifty cents?)
