And key difference: they absolutely not and have not reported yet that they’ve significantly increased revenue SINCE the merger... it is BECAUSE of the merger there is a “reported” revenue increase

SURG Completed Merger is a huge deal for all shareholders ...From a struggling company (pre-merger) to millions in revenues and growing/expanding.

From no Q's to current OTCQB...Some said the company will never go current and up list. Some said the merger will never happen.

CEO has big long term plans and the company is being built from foundation up.
