Understand, yet how do you account for the Reverse assuming a ‘Yes’ vote (which seems likely as Helios will get Hudson and Preferreds to vote yes), and as Helios says, the dilution which will occur, and the needed financing by selling which will occur?

I'm staying long with the expectation that HMNY secures new funding, these notes get redeemed and the dilution reduces or stops completely.

And you think too that the Reverse will be a ‘No.’
