Why when they can deal with south Korean company itself if they want expand with more digesters. At some point it was decided between the 2 entities Ecos only sole purpose was to kick start digester for lrs and by doing so pay off any debt courtesy shareholder.
Now they are no longer needed. Suspect Lrs paid a nice parting gift to boot.Plus they control nice revenue stream flowing in with compost. Why have ecos around only means having to share the pie. Merger would be/been only advantage for shareholders all this only opinion. A rebuttal to my opinion is more than welcome telling me I'm totally off base lol
