If that were so there would not be the free rein applied to cbd and the continuing hands off policy on mj in the states that have recreational mj.
Trump has said he wants medicinal mj in all 50 states.
If cbd is restrained it will go to court. A foreign entity will not be allowed to control American health care and the farming industry.
Too many people and individual states want this issue resolved in favor of cbd and medical mj. Recreational mj will take time.
Mere mortals like us will never know all the back door wranglings but there are some rich and powerful forces that want cbd to be successful.
