Politics and who you know and who is getting paid under the table has a lot to do with how quickly things move along and who gets a grant. It’s unfortunate but I’ve seen it many times where a company with a better drug or process or device is practically ran out of business and made to jump through unnecessary hoops because a legacy company works very hard to hold them down so as not to lose market share! Keep in mind that BiocorRx CEO said that the company is not waiting on the grant to procure the Equipment and ingredients for mass producing the opioid and alcohol addiction implant.

I am very confident in the future of BICX, Just go and listen to the Dr. Drew podcast #YOULIVE 151 – Brady Granier on DrDrew.com. The last few minutes of the podcast Dr. Drew brings in an actual patient who spent years addicted to opiates and trying many of the other treatments only to fail but once he tried the BioCore implant his whole life changed! And then Dr. Drew pointed out that other doctors and himself if given a choice would always go with the BIOCORRX IMPLANT!

BioCoreRX was one of only two exhibitors at the national opiate addiction conference this past Thursday and Friday. If you go and look at the conference and see who attended, many were heads of state run insurance companies throughout the United States along with many governors and mayors of major cities. This exposure for BioCoreRx will only help in moving their opioid and alcohol addiction implant forward into the main stream.

So why is it that BioCoreRx with a superior treatment hasn’t taken off? It’s because a lot is going on behind the scenes in order to slow down their success! This is a very common practice.

None of the grant submissions for August review, which we fall under, have been announced yet. You can see the awarded grants on the NIH Reporting site. They are funding 20 companies producing medication assisted treatment solutions, there is no reason BICX would not receive a grant that I can think of. I would also keep in mind NIDA, the grant agency, attended our pre-ind meeting, signed a confidentiality agreement with us and recommended we move forward with the implant over injection. I don’t see a scenario where they would guide us through this process but decline us funding. They have partnered with us, just be patient and think rationally.
