Not at all. You read me wrong again.

My point was if there is no expiry dates there would be no reason for them to need to put their own money into the options before they absolutely need to. The only reason they would need to would be if there was an offer to purchase the company.

You say 5 years, then it’s a no brainer that they will soon get to buy their shares worth dollars for penny’s
Or they expire.
