Well, if that were a "Good News" as you thought then why NSPR declined to the daily low $0.1998 today?

Anyway last week's New bottom support $0.182 will be tested again as soon as tomorrow... Perhaps I should sell out the majority of my positions at $0.2299 ~ $0.2599 ASAP then buy them back at $0.19 ~ $0.162 or lower later.
