Please, don't refer to the item as an 8-K. It is nott an 8-K. A non-SEC reporting company like CYPE cannot legally file an 8-K on EDGAR.

Sadly, many other non-SEC reporters use an SEC Form 8-K for their disclosures n OTCMarkets.com and this formatting confuses many into thinking those are 8-Ks when they are nott - THOSE are only '8-K-like' disclosures posted on the paid advertisement website OTCMarkets.com and using the Form and format of a real 8-K (which they are nott).

IN THIS CASE, somebody with the old EDGAR code from the predecessor company, CYPE, which is no longer an SEC-registrant company (and has been suspended and has a Form 15-12G on record) and is nott legally allowed to post a real 8-K on EDGAR, illegally uploaded a fake '8-K' to EDGAR using the old code.

When the SEC and FINRA become aware of this, the person who uploaded that fake 8-K, if the SEC can find ~OUTT their identity, is gonna be in a world of trubble.
