Your money, your decision. You should never trust anyone including myslef to make decision about selling or buying.
Here is what you should do. Open a couple of last Qs and go through them. At least Balance sheet part that shows assets, debt, revenue, gross income, net income. Pick any other two companies and compare numbers to their numbers.. compare their market caps.. what do you see? Who has the best growth QoQ, the strongest numbers, the best margin, the least debt ? The smaller market cap? Whatever tick comes on a top, put your money there..
Otc financial reports are relatively simple. You can do it.
Not sure where you live if you have any healthy stores around you that can sell CBD. Take your time, go to the store, see if PlusCBD is there. You can reach company via Facebook and tell them your zip code and they will return to you with address of the closest store that carries their product.
My take on lawsuit is absolutely ignore it. It is only one lawsuit that it is filed and it is not certified and only one person who lost about $3k based on his holdings.. it is very difficult to move forward with class action with less than 40 people. Also most of law firms say 'if you loose more than $x, then please contact us'.. usually that number is $100k when attorney will actually move his ass to the court. I'm pretty sure that this lawsuit won't go through and even if does, it has Zero merit. Any patent attorney will state that in front of jugde.
Lawsuit was totally orchestrated to go together with Citron and help him to push pps down. CVSI was naked shorted since Aug. 16th when pps started trading over $5 (you can check that info on Finra website).. then instead of pullback, pps and volume were getting stronger and stronger until it got out of control and Citron had to step in and stop the run or MMs and whoever shorted would loose shit. It was just one time deal. Citron moved on and so will attorneys.
Btw. Im not going to be surprised if Citron is actually interested in CVSI. They are known from switching sides. In fact Andrew Left just announced a few days ago that he is interested in creating Marijuana fund this year that would combine good companies in Canada and in the US.. and he is very interested in CBD companies.. he declined though to reveal which ones.
Farm Bill will pass eventually imo it is going to be too much pressure from farmers and other agencies that they are loosing funding as of Monday because they even didn't vote for the extension.
It is all just politics game to get a leverage during election.
After Farm Bill, DEA can do nothing. And if FDA will want to keep control on CBD industry, they may come up with some strict regulation about third party testing, toxicology reports, special informative labeling, processing etc. . But that would be only to the CVSI advantage because they are already set up for it and that would eliminate smaller companies and make it difficult for startups.
Again, take your time and read their Q numbers and compare to peers. Numbers don't lie. People on forum boards do.
I'm holding. Good Luck!
