The only announcement is that he is retiring for Diageo and other than that it’s confirmed that he is joining Aphria.
So the question is why would a regional president of Diageo retire at 55 and join Aphria?
Even if the deal doesn’t happen APHRIA is collecting the best leadership in the Cannabis sector imho
