End of month is KEY for a DEAL here at CAML. Notice that the UWNK rm was an "end-of-quarter LOI /end-of-the-month CLOSE" deal, and so CAML stays on red alert here at least thru Tuesday:

If thats the way "Thomas Baulch"'s hedge likes to run-em, and IF in fact T. Baulch is Thomas Baulch, then the sit and wait may not be long at all, especially since the short covered and manipulation seems to be over as of 10/20...

The activity and filings could indicate the CAML LOI was on/about September 30, with the deal scheduled to close tomorrow, October 31...
just like UWNK.. ORRRR maybe we get an LOI tomorrow... I guess we'll know soon enuf!!!
