I’ve ordered on 8/27 2 cases and 1 month ago I haven’t still any shipping confirmation! I’m annoyed and I haven’t got any answer to my last 2 emails to the costumer service. Perhaps the 15 $ dollars shipping costs per case that they have charged are not enough to cover the shipping costs to Germany??
I‘m done with my orders and have yesterday canceled my 2 orders. And I still haven’t got any response to my cancellation.
Do I get a refund of my approximately 140 dollars or do I receive my bottles?
