reading through this 8k its rather lengthy but its looks like they are trying to come back mentions Ibeto returning as Chairman of the Board and dates of August 28th and Sept. 13th well after the suspension I think theres something here

How does one transfer anything to a company that doesn't exist? This supposed transfer took place about 3 months after Century Petroleum was dissolved in Nevada.
