And yet ALL of those assets held by Jan and family are jeopardized by stretching the operation too thin, by purchasing additional land without the capital to pay for it, and by entering into a questionable bridge loan agreement which ended up costing PGUS crucial time and vital thousands of dollars. The continued toxic loan conversion and dilution is a travesty.

I'm as pissed off about the price action as anyone, but saying that the company has stopped communicating is simply not true. I understand being upset with Jan about the dilution. I really do. I believe that it was his honest intention to prevent these shares from converting. At the end of the day, he wasn't able to. While he necessarily has to shoulder the burden for not getting it done, the character assassinations are way off base IMO.

There have been plenty of updates. The only update that will count to the flipper/swing players is one announcing closing on conventional financing and/or the end of dilution. Nothing else will matter.

I for one am happy that we seem to be on track to make more on the farming this year than previously expected. That's great news after last year's debacle. Proving to Hoy Fong that we are a capable producer should lead to greater revenues down the road.

Waiting and holding. Gamers are going to play their games, but I hope that true longs here are paying attention and don't develop a case of 'what have you done for me lately' syndrome. This was always a long play. This heavy dilution won't last forever.Getting back to where we were will be tough, but we'll get there. JMO.

Amazing summary of the last few years and what it takes from 1 man in a small public company.

I, for one, get the fact of every detail you mentioned here. Everything matters from the loans to communication to open market purchases. Let alone the progress made of buying the ocean front land to making a success of dirt to a producing farm in under 2 years. "Nice job" I say! And a bit of "life happens" w/ the conversions. Oh well. Jan hasn't abandoned anything just yet. Do you guys know how many micro-cap CEO's "dump" their companies at the 1st sign of failure? I'd say 95%.

Jan’s missteps at 95% of other reputable public companies would have resulted in the board of directors removing him long before this point was reached. The sob story is touching, but the facts are the facts.

And let me ask you, during the timeframe you just covered, can you also provide us with an update of share price performance during same timeframe? How about a % increase in outstanding share count during same timeframe. I realize that both may be difficult to calculate. Share price has plummeted so precipitously and share count has ballooned so rapidly...

You’ve spent your time spinning a sob story when in fact, PGUS management were doing nothing more than THEIR JOB...and not doing it well.

I'm sorry that this has happened...8.5 million shares worth of sorry but it's not ok. The problems with the loan were known when we were being told it was still expected to go thru. Maybe you didn't see it in tweets or press releases, but I saw it in emails. He could at least tell us why it fell thru. Which terms were they trying to change and why? And he could update us on the status of the current loan. Has the 2nd one fallen thru and he's still looking. If it hasnt, why don't we get an estimated closing period.

Sorry, but this long and private placement contributor will never feel the same. I actually feel pretty damn stupid for getting other ppl in it. It's great to post all these grand farm updates about how many tons but will it help fix the dilution and if the company is going down because funding is falling thru. I wonder what would happen if I asked for my 2 refundable lot reservations back. I figure, from past behavior, that no news (about financing and farm revenues use to pay off debt) is bad news.

I need a capital loss write off and this will be it, at least what I have outside of private placement. if I can even sell. Hell, I may be the only one in it that hasn't sold.

Wow. It sounds like this Jan guy scammed his friends and family into losing over 95% of their hefty investments. I bet they aren't happy with him either.
