many brokers restrict trading for many different reasons. some brokers will not allow trades on otcm skull and crossbones. there is one current popular reinstatement play that tda will not allow people to buy. some folks will find that their broker does not allow on line trading of grey sheet stocks. most do but some don't. i don't know why etrade limited trading but it could be for any number of reasons. has anyone called and asked them?
