Wouldn't it make sense for a buyout as opposed to a partnership? Why would anyone trust Leo going forward with "any" upfront payment used as a lifeline or bailout? There's not many options left as funds run dry. I've suggested a RS with a BTD announcement to possibly secure more "toxic" funding... Doubt Aspire will be partner again after claiming a significant chance at all 3 milestones.
