Either way if this goes to trial..that in itself shows they have a very legit shot in court of bringing home the big win...and of course a settlement can also happen at anytime (literally)...if this new evidence or dragging in of new defendants is expected to be super damaging to the defendants..or if these new defendants don't want to be named publicly..then this could certainly settle before these things are brought to light...
Will be interesting to see how this plays out...if this goes to trial..grey sheets or not..as long as it trades I don't think we'll see $1 again..as people will realize this is a legit shot and will continue to hold their shares...granted a trial could possibly last years...but it could also wrap up in under a year...which is nothing for this type of payout...also too if this actually goes to trial then that might be when big media picks up the story and the mention of all this on the filings of defendants begins...that will also attract attention..you think these guys want to add those foonotes into the filings...probably won't look too good for their stock prices... I'll say if the company itself has done no wrong doing..I'm glad i'm not without shares right now..anything can happen here. You'd either be in or out if something were to happen prior to Oct 5th...
