Actually they have till end of 2999 - who is counting.
Only true longs will keep on hoping that Leo will deliver - but oe who cannot conceive cannot deliver!

EVEN IF any of the milestones were to be achieved on Sunday (per the Company itself: "it is unlikely that the Company will achieve any of the three milestones by September 30, 2018") and EVEN IF the Company was to Announce that achievement on Sunday, I'm not sure how you could finagle your way past the requirement that "the closing price of the Common Stock on such Date of Announcement was equal to or greater than $0.50".

I don't think so.
Your best hope (and it's so faint as to be nearly invisible) is that an announcement is made before the open today that sends the share price skyrocketing. Even that faint hope expires in about an hour.
