Don't need your investing advice. I don't play lotto with possible spikes orchestrated by scam companies. In the past, I've initiated investigations on scam companies even if I'd never held a share at all. I like seeing fraudsters get their due. This is not about "investing" and hasn't been for approx 2 years.
I am so sick of people discouraging lawsuits. This BAD CORRUPT company has broken SEC laws. That's it. Our only recourse is to report co to SEC, which I am, and to sue. It is the recourse allowed by our society. There will be a class action. You can exclude yourself when the claim form comes.
