Agreed. Expecting a double into 2019 & the additional tax-advantages (capital gains) that come with a stable, long-term hold (over a year), along with the Quarterly Dividends that make this NOT only a very stable BUY... But an undervalued one! With plenty of upside for this low-risk HIGH-REWARD dividend-yielding investment.
