Let's narrow it down. The millennial pump and dump providing a windfall for some shareholders occurred after Tmmi emerged from bankruptcy. But then Tmmi fell apart again, and basically went in to a period of inactivity for multiple years. Lots of scandals and intrigues including the issuance of fraudulent shares by the administrator that were subsequently cancelled, and misguided efforts to arrange toxic financing, etc, etc. But did insiders pump the price and dump the shares?
How about during Cavanaugh's time? There were misleading PRs and incompetence to be sure, but do you say insiders were pump and dumping during Cavanaugh's era?
