Affair (mutual) is not the same as one sided verbal sexual harassment. Verbal sexual harassment is not the same as drugging and raping.

I've been verbally harassed at work places in the past but I am one tough and smart ass cookie so I have always put people back in their place (without threatening law suits or telling on them) so much so that they NEVER do it to me again. Then again not every woman is tough and witty like me so I get how some women can be intimidated and shrivel up and thus extensive corp policies and laws to protect them.

Human nature, people will be attracted to one another when spending most of our waking hours 5 days a week together. Is it wrong to have attraction, not at all. It is only wrong if it becomes a harassment or violates defined rules in any form.
