I believe that most investors expect that the 2b shares will be a yes vote. I believe that the share price is slowly being factored in. The big gains will come on good financial report. Then when news of new aquiisions from the 2b shares. It will depend on what those aquiisions are. Hopefully we are at or very near the bottom. Just my opinion.
