I was positive on the stock on the first 20 days or so that I was awaare that the company existed, and had bought shares at that time.
I continued to do further research and becamse aware of the significant red flags that were present, and the runaround I got from James Dial on the telephone while I was still an avid supporter of the (supposed) business that they were doing. I changed my mind, sold, and then started very vocally pointing out what I saw and why.
I became positive twice more on the prospects of the company and made succcesful trades both of thsoe times, while still remaining pretty much negative on the management and their running of the company.
Overall I have been correct on the ideas that there are far more than 39 MM SOS, that the dividend would never happen, and that there was not really any business behind the scenes of this company. I was stating publicly that I didn't think the dialer would show up at the meeting if there was a meeting at all.
Was there a meeting? Yes people showed up with a common focal point, of being interested in grifco. No, there wasn't anything to the meeting of any substance at all, but there was a Jay Leno impersonation. Did the Dialer "show up" for the "meeting"? ss the CEO NO, although he was physically there, he didn't input anything at all AFAIK. so thatr's also a "yes/no" proposition. BBB did state that he got to meet nice people, though, so that's pretty swell.
I was wrong that the share price didn't crash immediately after the meeting, that is correct.
I still think there's been a sale of everything, and that there's a R/S coming to the tune of 1:20 at least and that there's going to be a repeat of the litfiber to grifco transaction.....
