Correct! Those that don't understand this are in for a correction.

Any legal action against the DEA challenging the split between epidolex and "cbd" from which is the active component of Epi. will prevail.

I agree but honestly think suing will do nothing. Congress needs to pass a law and end the madness for CBD. I believe there is too much resistance to reschedule all cannabis or even hemp.

Sad as that is those are all facts imo. I called it when I said DEA would only reschedule Epidiolex.
