STERVC-Respectfully: Your Opinion--

The PR released by Josh Alper confirms that He is indeed working to expand BLDV by partnering with other hopefully up and coming companies. Your
"opinion" and that of some others that this is "huge", significant news is in my opinion grossly overstated.

Josh Alper and I would assume His Brother prepared the documents in a consulting capacity for I would assume a fee for their efforts.

How much was the Fee ??? After the expenses and His Brother's paycheck what exactly is in this for BLDV stockholders ????

Only top level consultants make huge salaries, most make $35 to $75 thousand a year. Dharma has a provioional approval, most likely a year or two from any potential profitability.

Will BLDV Stockholders share any of this future profitability?????

BLDV at current share price is is valued at nearly 8 million dollars with near 6 billion shares issued. That's a huge value for a company that is being paid as a consultant.

With near 6 billion shares issued the value of BLDV would have to be
a huge amount to reach a penny a share, $$60,000,000 dollars. SIXTY MILLION DOLLARS !!!! Do the math, that's a lot of consulting.

The current Value is based on hype and speculation derived from PR'S issued by J. Alper. His track record of promises to shareholders is poor to say the least. I have to agree with Kool Aid Man, His opinions have been spot on the past year or so.

Kool Aid Man, respectfully..."Facts" vs "Opinions"

Respectfully, I don't remember who quoted this, but I think it applies here... "you are entitled to your own opinions, but you are not entitled to your own facts."

Respectfully, the negative slant trying to be delivered here with BLDV regarding the Cannabis license approval for the state of Virginia is very incorrect. What you posted was some of your opinion mixed with some facts, but the way you delivered the facts was without some other key facts that needed to be added.

I always attempt to first express facts (including links that back them up) followed by my personal opinions/ interpretations. To the later, respectfully, most people here express only opinions without buttressing them with facts. Example, one person today predicted that Dharma's provisional approval would result in "pennies then dollars." Does anyone actually believe that a 25% ownership stake in Cann10-NA is going to lift the market value of this stock to $5.5 BILLION ("dollars")?

What you and others consider to be my "negative slant" is, IMO, merely keeping it realistic.

As I pointed out yesterday, Dharma just passed the 2nd of 3 "stages" (actually it's 4 if you count passing criminal background checks for the owners and financiers) with the last one to be the most challenging --i.e. the financing and building an MMJ facility and processing center followed by inspection and final inspection and approval.

I also pointed out that Dharma will NOT be converting the old JC Penney store in the Bristol Park Mall as previously reported. Consequently, they will have to seek out and secure another location.

And finally, I noted that news reports say the projected date for completion is "14 months" which --if all goes well-- will be November 2019.

Those are the "facts" as stated by various newspapers. Anyone who perceives this info as being "negative" can dispute it with them.
