This seemed very likely in April/May, but their deliberateness—about both their progress AND their messaging about the progress—while safe and good ultimately, militates against big AND sustained jumps.

It also depends on how one defines “short term.” To me, given the general volatility I’ve seen in the OTC (and in relation to a few specific stocks), “short term” could mean 6 months or less (as opposed to the standard tax-focused definition of 1 year).

If you had asked me 6 months ago whether I thought CELZ could be at $1 within 6 months, I’d have given it about a 20% chance: today the likelihood that it will be at $1 within 6 months (i.e. by the end of March) seems less likely to my mind (had we maintained strength around 5¢ at worst relative to the high of 7¢ seen just a few months ago, I would see the chances as MUCH better: in order to grow that way, you must have and maintain steady UPWARD trajectory and momentum.
