Oddly enough NOUV bounced up to .001 around Oct. 13th 2017 then P*RA timeline of the LOI (as you say) starts to come together briefly after..Shortly after that NOUV sees massive vol. And heads up to .0006 from .0001 near eom Oct. 2017..Did somebody know something about an upcoming deal back then and bought and held for now? NOUV has mostly been sleeping since..Could P*RA and NOUV be working closely together behind the scenes this entire time!? If so then this LOI is no small potatos..Next month should be interesting imo.
