Ok, so its not just me.

They have shares, but they want to short? I thought shorting was when you don't have shares.

So management wants to make a deal that destroies the pps because they own way more shares than anybody else.

The VC wants to trash the pps so that it can buy warrants that are way more expensive.

The motives are so clear
