Makes plenty of sense. I called in two orders, they put me on hold to get “permission” and as I waited the price went up, then I had to readjust my ASK higher by the time they came back. The 3rd time I told them no you don’t need to goto the trade desk you’ve done this before for me, they put it in right away and I actually paid slightly less than my ASK!
