#43658 RE: MightyBull #43657

I think there are two sides to this.

Firstly, Garrett Parsons (according to this board) has a few companies under his control, all of which follow a process of dilution / RS / Rinse / Repeat. The OMVS ticker was also on a list (Prior to RAD) of known scam tickers. This was posted here on IHUB some time back. From this I think calling it a SCAM is fair, at least upto the point RAD got invoked. From Steve’s twitter feed, he stated that Garret was in charge of the company in terms of Share Structure etc, ie it was Garretts call on both Dilution and the RS. From that I also think it’s at least partially fair to call it a SCAM post RAD, but Steve’s personal involvement is possibly questionable. He was if not complicit, at least naive.

On the wider point, companies been a SCAM is a very overused term. Stocks on the OTCBB as we all know are inherently risky, and many / most fail. This dosnt in my mind make them a SCAM. Often badly run, or badly financed, but not implicitly trying to defraud shareholders.

Which camp OMVS ( now AITX ) falls into, and if Steve is directly involved is down to us all as individuals to decide. To me I feel Steve was very aware what Garrett was doing, and this is one I feel comfortable Calling a SCAM.

IMHO
