Try re-reading my post...I quoted EXACTLY what Alper said BLDV's involvement would be in this deal. I then contrasted that against the conclusions people seem to have jumped to today. If there was anything wrong in my post please feel free to point it out.
After Alper's infamous PR of 4/20/2017 a lot of people learned the cost of "irrational exuberance" the hard way. Don't forget... last fall he announced a similar deal with Quality Green who --as with Dharma-- was subsequently licensed. Not only that, QG is in Canada where recreational is now legal. Despite that news Alper apparently failed to do what he said he would (i.e. build a MJ grow facility for QG).
With the Bristol Mall unavailable Dharma now has to find a new location, get it financed, up and running, inspected and approved and the product inspected and approved before any money starts rolling in. Estimates of that happening are at least 7 months away (April 2019). No one knows what percentage of Dharma's sales Cann10-NA "might" generate of which BLDV would (as currently structured) be entitled to 25%.
Those are the facts.
According to his own disclosures, Alper has yet to make good on all but a tiny, insignificant amount of his dozens of PR's. As for me I'll wait till he finally scores a decent, real world win.
