Here is a chart with the 3 indicators you mentioned on standard setting.
First I would replace either macd or ppo. They are giving the same information look and therefore redundant. One can be replaced by a momentum oscillator like rsi or cci etc.

What you are looking for are indicators you understand the data and the relationship of each to price. Stocharts gives excellent information for each indicator derivation.

Then as I mentioned before determine speed if you want other than standard settings.
For me, overlays are pivotal in my decision making as these support/resistance factors and outside variances (bb's and such, VbP) help me identify reversal points and targets.
