There is zero reason to dilute the stock by 400%. Zero. None. Nada. I don't care if he's making $3M a Q in net profit, that doesn't mean you give him 80% of the company! WTF? NOBODY does that.

Besides, EPS based on 29M shares is a FAAAARRRR cry from an EPS based on 131M shares.
