Pretty well said for a non-lawyer. PTAB will follow CFAC specific guidance where they already determined their were evidentiary mistakes made. I repeatedly stated the instructions with vacate and remand are the differentiator from other cases. Frankly they have no choice. The contract alone is a smoking gun. Even a layperson would conclude the same. Worlds remains in an exceedingly strong position from my perspective. As noted before, I can only assume investor education on the subject matter as a primary driver of a currently very undervalued share price. As noted, I expect that soon changes.
