One can always sell his/her shares at 0.0001 before the ask drops to 0.0001 since no more strong slapping actions at the 0.0002 ask except some fractional shares of painting job almost everyday!
It seems nobody wants to buy 1M or more shares at 0.0002! Therefore we might see ACTL decline back to 0 (i.e. "No Bod at all") x 0.0001 again as soon as tomorrow...
67.429M-0.0001 x 67.408M-0.0002 now. The 0.0002s was reduced from as high as 134M shares vs. the bid was increased from as low as Zero shares (i.e. "No Bid" at all)!
Now you can sell your 2M shares at 0.0002 and very soon those strong hands and big investors will bail you guys out at the new bottom 0.0002...
I'll hold all my ACTL shares till $0.3906 ~ $0.00444 for Giant gain!
